Meccanica Arnes di Cavriago is our mechanical workshop, active in the design, production and construction of spare parts and components for machine tools. Among our production there is also the electronic tapping machine. It is a machine necessary to make the threads in a simple and fast way, in an autonomous way, not related to the stroke of the mold in which it is made. The electronic tapping machine is driven by a brushless motor and a servo driver, which controls all the tapping phases. An electric impulse is enough for the tapping to be carried out autonomously and quickly, and there is always the possibility to adjust parameters such as speed and depth of the thread, as well as to control the torque and the successful threading.
