Meccanica Arnes produce a lot of various tools, a production entirely made in Italy, with very high standards, 100 Made in Italy. Among the tools we make, there are holder bushings. These are elements necessary for reboring studs or bolts, for example, in a simple, fast and accurate way, with or without a clutch, which is essential to avoid the breakage of the tap in blind holes. In fact, the clutch is activated in the event of end-of-stroke or jamming to prevent breakage. 

Our production of tools and accessories does not stop at bushings with or without a clutch, we also produce ISO tenons, not drilled, which are made from high-quality materials, guaranteed by the most important Italian companies in the sector. 

Among the tools we produce, there is also a whole range of ER multi-cutting collets for chucks, also watertight, with extra-precise collets, all made of top-quality steel. Not only bushings, tenons and ER collets, Meccanica Arnes' production also includes GE and GS clamping nuts with ball circulation and sealing discs, all essential elements for machining in companies that use automatic and CNC machines. Of course, all the clamping nuts come complete with their spanners, whether hexagonal, sector, GM, GS, all made with plastic handles to resist oils and dirt in order to offer a good grip and avoid the risk of damaging the machinery.

In addition to standard production, which you can find in the catalogue directly on our website, Meccanica Arnes is always available to collaborate directly with companies for the production of tools based on customer drawings. In fact, our design office is always available to assess the feasibility of accessories and tools on request.
